Having been such a delinquant blogger, I completely neglected to mention that my Knitty scarf, Lace Ribbon Scarf, has been translated into german and spanish:

Ravelrian

There may be a french version on the way; I *was* going to translate it, but someone asked if she could. And since my todo list is long enough, well, I’ll let you know when it’s live.

How cool! I absolutely love this pattern. It’s a perfect design.

Congratulations on the popularity of the scarf! I knitted it in a hank of Mini Maiden in a grey-green colour. I was looking for something to wear indoors during spring or winter and love it – as many, many others do.

I have yet to knit a scarf but this little thing is wearing me down. It probably won’t be long till it gets stuffed into a sock bag to be my carry around project.

    Congrats on the translations.

I have this scarf on my to-make list ;)

Miss you Veronik! Hope all is well. I’ll be going to the next Ariadne SNB if you want to meet Mack my newest addition!

This is great that it will be available in other languages. My sister and I both are going to make it. A friend is doing it in Noro and it looks great, that’s what inspired me to do it. :D

Nice scarf. Is that you in the picture? You have pretty hair!

No, it isn’t me in the picture – it’s Isabella, a set designer in Montreal. She’s a fantastic model, isn’t she?

She is a great model. I’ll have to see if my little goat Isabella will model…
That is a fantastic scarf, and I do believe I have some wonderful BBF that would be just perfect. (yay, Veronik is going global!)

It’s great the scarf is being translated into different languages!! I am the 1,601th person on Ravelry to cast it on – wow!! I am knitting the Lace Ribbon Scarf as my entry to the Ravelympics 2008 event (because I am a beginner at lacy stuff!) and look forward to learning to knit it!
